Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Ukraine within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

🇺🇸 United States (Shopify Orders)

We currently ship physical goods to the United States only through our Shopify store.

Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, with final delivery handled by USPS.
All shipments include full tracking.

All U.S. import taxes and brokerage fees are prepaid (DDP)
you will not pay anything extra upon delivery.

🌍 International Customers (EU / UK / Canada / Australia / Worldwide)

At this time, international shipping is not available directly through our Shopify store.

For customers outside the U.S., international orders may be arranged separately upon request.

Delivery Time (USA Orders)

Estimated delivery time to the United States:

Order processing: 2–3 business days

Shipping time: typically 7–14 business days (approximately 1–3 weeks) after dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs processing, seasonal demand, or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost (USA)

Shipping to the United States is free for all orders
no minimum purchase required.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Duties & Taxes (USA)

All U.S. import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are already included in the product price.

You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Damages During Transit

We carefully package every order to ensure safe delivery.

However, we are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipment.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item for inspection.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
