We ship worldwide.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs do not include taxes or import duties. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility. For customers in the US, a customs tax of 10% will be added and collected together with the shipping costs before the order is shipped.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

How long does it take before my package arrives?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

The international delivery time is 10-15 business days after the package has been shipped.

Track & Trace

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation and a track & trace link when the order has left our warehouse.

Can I cancel/adjust my order?

As much as we would like to, we are currently unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future. If you are not happy with the item(s), please make sure to return them for a refund.

Returns & exchanges

Exchanges in 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Custom and personalized orders

Feel free to contact us if you have a request for a custom order of our fabrics. We offer a variety of fabrics and can accommodate special orders upon request.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like a gift wrapping option, your package can be wrapped in special paper for presents and/or in a box. It is also possible to include a gift card with a message with your order. Please send us the Recipient's name and the Sender's name so we can write it on the card.
