We ship all U.S. orders directly from our studio and warehouse in Ukraine.
• Orders are dispatched daily
• Fully tracked delivery
• All customs duties and import taxes are prepaid (DDP)
• No additional charges upon delivery
You pay exactly what you see at checkout — no surprises.
For International Customers (EU / UK / Canada / Australia / Worldwide)
International shipping options depend on destination and order type.
For international retail orders, delivery conditions may vary by country.
For custom, wholesale, or HoReCa projects, we arrange shipping individually based on destination and order volume.

How much is shipping?
• United States: Free shipping — no minimum order
• Wholesale / HoReCa: Calculated individually based on order size and destination
How long does shipping take?
• Order processing: 2–3 business days
• Delivery to the USA: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays or carrier processing.
Will I need to pay customs taxes?
No.
For U.S. orders, all import taxes and brokerage fees are already included in the product price.
How will I receive tracking?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — changes can be requested before the order ships.

Once production or shipping begins, changes may not be possible, but we’ll always try to help.
Do you accept returns?
Yes.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Gift Options
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes.
We’re happy to gift-wrap your order and include a personalized note.
Simply leave your message at checkout or email us after placing your order.
Wholesale, Custom & HoReCa Orders
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes.
We offer wholesale and B2B pricing for selected products and custom projects.
Please email us with your request at info@harnovdoma.com and include:
• Product type
• Quantity
• Intended use (retail, hospitality, corporate)
Do you accept custom textile orders?
Yes.
We specialize in custom-made textiles, including:
• Baroque tapestry items
• Custom knitted products
• Table linens for restaurants and hotels
• Branded or logo-integrated textiles
Custom orders are available for wholesale, corporate, and HoReCa clients.
What is the minimum quantity for custom orders?
• Custom knitted production: from 10 units
• HoReCa textile production: depends on product type and fabric
Each project is calculated individually.
