We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• With original tags attached
• In the original packaging
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• All approved returns must be shipped to Ukraine
Return address and detailed instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it once the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
